Terms and Conditions:

You are ordering a (30 day supply) of StemLife under the 7 day trial offer for $5.95 shipping and handling. If you choose to keep the product (beyond the trial period), you will be charged the full amount of $79.95 in approximately 14 days from the date you made your trial order. We delay the trial end billing day by 7 days due to shipping. If you are not satisfied with your StemLife trial offer, call us to cancel before the trial period ends.

If you are happy with your StemLife trial package, do nothing and your credit card will be charged $79.95 approximately 14 days after you placed the order for your trial shipment. In addition, approximately 30 days after you place your trial order for StemLife and about every 30 days thereafter until cancelling, we will automatically send you a 30-day supply of StemLife at a discounted only members price of $79.95 which also includes shipping and handling.

Remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using StemLife consistently for 3 months. If you are not fully satisfied with future shipments of StemLife, you may return any unopened containers of StemLife within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the $5.95 S&H; charge and a 10% restocking fee. All refunds require an RMA and a return of the product up to 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Before returning anything by mail or carrier, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). An RMA can only be obtained by contacting one of our customer care representatives by phone at 1-785-380-8721 . The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned packages must be sent to the Return Address indicated below.

Please Note:

We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product less the $5.95 S&H; charge and a 10% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items be sent properly insured and using some type of delivery confirmation.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 5-7 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
